DAN SAMPSON – PRINCIPAL
Dan Sampson, Principal and co-founder of UPCOUNTRY Group.
Dan oversees day to day operations, including asset management, acquisitions and dispositions. He has been immersed in construction and land development for over 25 years. Dan directs real estate strategy including development, asset repositioning and portfolio management. Since 2005 UPCOUNTRY has been involved in the successful acquisition and divestment of more than 700 commercial and residential units totaling over $160,000,000 in major Western Canadian markets.
Focused on living a full, healthy and balanced life while giving back to the community, Dan is an avid nature seeker, spending his spare time with his wonderful wife and three vibrant sons skiing in the mountains or boating in the Pacific Northwest.
Dan holds a BBA in Marketing from Mt. St. Vincent University in Halifax N.S.
